Station 1 (standard): Chest press, lat pulldown, ab crunch, leg extension and leg curl with adjustable seat. Station 1 is the real workhorse of the Wolverine for building your chest, back, leg and abdominal muscles.

Station 2 (standard): Vertical knee raise station for targeted abdominal and oblique training and dip bars for building a strong chest and arms.

Station 3 (standard): A multi-adjustable squat station with 4 starting points to accomodate different user heights. Attach the double box stitched seat and you also get a military press station for building broad, strong shoulders.

Station 4 (optional): The leg press station rides on urethane rollers and sealed ball bearings and has built in handles and an extra wide foot plate for a super smooth and safe action. The leg press quickly attaches to the low pulley on the Wolverine gym system with no cable changes required.
