HomeGymDeals.com process orders Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Multiple ordered items may ship in separate packages. Most items are shipped within 3-4 working days but please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive. Any special ordered items will take longer and delivery times could be as long as 14-21 working days.

Orders will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Large orders such as home gyms, smith machines and barbell sets will be shipped via motor freight trucking companies. Orders arriving by truck are CURBSIDE ONLY. You will need to be present in order to receive the delivery, and it is your responsibility to unload the equipment. If you have any special delivery requests or instructions such as a request for inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time so that we can make the proper arrangements.

We generally do not ship to APO and FPO addresses; however some items may be available for shipment to these addresses. Please feel free to email us with your request and we will do our best to fulfill the order.

Prior to accepting any deliveries please examine the cartons for any sign of damage. Please be sure to have the driver note any damage on the delivery receipt before you sign for the items. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem.

Certain oversized items may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will contact you regarding any extra shipping charges before your order ships. These charges may differ from those listed on your Order Confirmation email. If you have any questions regarding your individual shipping costs please call us.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.

Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Minnesota.

Items marked "Free Shipping" will not be subject to any additional shipping and handling charges (Does not include Shipments to AK and HI and certain remote locations within the USA.).
