RETURN POLICY
Orders CANNOT be cancelled or modified unless you contact us directly by phone. Please verify all shipping and billing information before submitting your order.
Your purchase will be refunded to you upon the return of the product. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund, less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee. The shipping and handling charges includes the cost of freight on items shipped TO you even if the item was marked "Free Shipping".
Your credit will be issued in the same manner payment was made to Home Gym Deals. Please allow 48 hours for credits to be issued.
If an order is refused upon delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15%.
You must contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions
and a RMA Number (Return Authorization Number). We cannot insure a refund
without this as
Returns are for unused items only. All returns are accepted within 14
days of receipt and require a return authorization number. Please send
an email to returns@homegymdeals.com or call us.
Items returned which do not meet the above guidelines may be subject to refusal.
Note: We do NOT refund purchases because an immediate family member, friend, cousin, or other person used your credit card. Please contact your local authorities and report their unauthorized use of your card.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package
is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact
the carrier immediately. Do not return the package back to us. Instead
contact us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow
up with the carrier.
Prior to accepting any deliveries please examine the cartons for any
sign of damage. Please be sure to have the driver note any damage on the
delivery receipt before you sign for the items. Please contact us immediately
if there is a problem.
