• Elastic Tubes - Five, 4' elastic tubes are made of the highest quality latex, and have different degrees of tension, from 5 to 23 lbs. Each tube has an aluminum clip system connected at both ends.
• Handles - The two handles are made from hard, rigid plastic with soft foam in the middle. Each handle is made extra wide to be ultra comfortable for any user.
• Ankle Straps - The two ankle straps made of soft nylon and Velcro for upper body and leg exercises. The ankle straps can also use these straps on your wrists in case you are lacking grip strength.
