The Bodycraft K2 gym is the big brother to the Bodycraft K1 gym. The K2 takes your workout options further than the K1 by adding an additional 200 pound weight stack, and second dedicated workout station for bench press rows and squats. With the K2, you can workout with a friend, spouse or family member, or take advantage of the extra station to get through your workout quicker and more efficiently.

With a multitude of strength training options that range from sport specific movements to functional training and bench pressing to cable exercises, the Bodycraft K2 can accommodate any strength training style with a versatile array of standard cable stations (2) 200 pound selectorized weights stacks and additional options like a leg press station with up to 400 pounds of resistance.

• Multipurpose Cable Station: The patent-pending adjustable cable arms are exclusive to the Xpress line of Home Gyms and provides an incredible amount of variety and flexibility in a compact design. Connected to one of the weight stacks, the Cable Station allows for multiple configurations, and can simulate a complete set dumbbell exercises or serve as a sport-specific resistance training station to strengthen muscles used in a particular arm swing motion involved in golf, baseball, tennis or hockey. The Cable Station can also be used for rehabilitation as it allows for an almost limitless range of motion.
• Bench Press Arm w/ Dedicated 200 Pound Weight Stack for safe and effective pressing movements. Press arm adjusts to desired starting point quickly and easliy. Perform bench press, incline presses, decline presses, vertical presses, shoulder press and rows.
• Leg Extension Leg Curl for seated leg extensions and standing leg curls.
• Functional Training Arms w/ Dedicated 200 Pound Weight Stack provide over 100 free range of motion exercises that are safer than free weights and simulate the added benefits of dumbbell training like weight balance and core muscle recruitment.
• High Pulley for back strengthening exercises like lat pull downs and high pulls. Doubles as a tricep pushdown and extension pulley.
• Low Pulley for low back rows - fold the plate down and perform leg exercises for the thigh and hip along with biceps exercises like curls and wrist rollers.
• Leg Press and Calf Raise Station (optional) that's specially designed with a 1:2 weight ratio for up to 400 pounds of resistance from the standard 200 pound stack.

Leg Press (Optional): The leg press station is optional on the K1 gym. Offering you the ability to increase muscle tone and strength in your lower body, the leg press stabilizes and isolates the major muscle groups in your legs without adding stress to your back and shoulder muscles.
